Amanda Morris founded Capital Keys in March 2019. She is based in South Wales.

Having gained employment as a personal assistant to several company directors, Amanda went on to work in the surveying industry for twenty-one years. For the past seven years, she has been the operations manager for a large typing company, successfully managing up to 70 typists at its peak.

During her career, Amanda has acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience, which she continues to apply to Capital Keys. She is the first point of contact for anyone interested in our services, and is looking forward to speaking to you.

Though newly formed in 2019, the Capital Keys' team has extensive experience in audio transcription, having provided typing services for the surveying industry for more than two decades. 

Whether dealing with big businesses or an individual project, we offer a personal approach with a professional attitude, with our services specific to the needs of our clients.

We believe in positive working relationships based on respect, trust and reliability, while social and environmental ethics are central to our practice, as are courtesy and fairness.

As well as providing an audio transcription service, the company is focussed on links with the NHS and public sector, while continuing to find a solution for any typing problem.
